A signed rental agreement and 50 % non-refundable retainer are required to secure your event date.

When is final payment due?
Final payment is due 24 hours prior to your event date.

Can I make changes after booking?
Yes, changes can be made based on availability and must be requested before the final payment deadline.

Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services throughout Gilbert and the Phoenix Metro area. Prices are determined based on inventory and distance.

What is your delivery window?
Delivery times are scheduled within a designated two hour window and finalized the week of your event.

Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?
Someone must be available to provide access unless prior arrangements have been approved.

How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals are for one event day. Extended rental periods may be available upon request.

Can rentals be used outdoors?
Yes, many rentals can be used outdoors, but all items must be protected from weather, moisture, and excessive dirt.

What happens if an item is damaged or missing?
Clients are responsible for any damaged, lost, or excessively soiled items. Repair or replacement fees may apply.

How long do balloon installations last?
Indoor balloon installations typically last several days. Outdoor installations are subject to weather, temperature, and sun exposure.

Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, all balloon installations and event designs are fully customized to your event and space.

What is your cancellation policy?
All retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations within 45 days of the event may result in additional charges.

What if my event is impacted by weather?
Outdoor events are scheduled rain or shine. Weather-related adjustments are handled case-by-case.

Do you work with venues and planners?
Yes, we work closely with venues and planners throughout Gilbert and the Phoenix Metro area.

Do you offer on-site styling or coordination?
Yes, on-site styling and event setup services are available as an add-on.
